Children’s birthday/Christmas parties
Children can choose their favorite tracks from our ever growing portfolio for their party, tailoring to suit their needs. If you cannot find your child’s favorite tracks in our portfolio, let us know what they are and we can choreograph for you. They will learn a fun warm up, a descriptive section and a routine as well as play games, interacting with their friends and getting active. The average Popdance party is 2 hours long, including half an hour for food and birthday cake, ending with a performance of the routine so the children can show parents what they have learnt. Popdance can also include invitations and party bags, and we will ensure the birthday girl or boy is made to feel special and has a fantastic time.
Hen parties
Hen dance parties are a fantastic activity to include for your bride to be. It’s a great way to break the ice if you have a group of friends all getting to know each other and a great way to exercise whilst doing something a bit different! We have a wide variety of song choices for hen parties such as Single Ladies, All About That Base and Marry You, or you can choose your own and we’ll choreograph something for you! Its a chance to let your hair down with your friends – and you can even dress up for the occasion and perform the dance at the wedding reception!
Packages can be tailored for you. but we find an hour and a half works well and during that time you’ll learn a couple of fun warm ups as well as the main routine.
Corporate parties
Corporate parties and team building events are a great way to motivate your staff and get everyone working together so why not have a dance together! Today’s working environment often means teams seldom see each other, or get together as a group – by taking part in a dance based team event or party, your team can work together to create a fantastic dance routine whilst having fun! Corporate team dance events help rebuild relationships, confidence and skills that are essential to the success of any work place – and dancing makes us happy! If we are happier, we sleep better, we are more motivated, which all helps increase productivity! Our routines are suitable for all your team so everyone can join in the fun!
Weddings
Weddings are always an excuse for dancing! At Popdance we can do a number of different things for your special day, whether you’d like a first dance for you and your husband, a group dance for your bridesmaids and groomsman – if you’re feeling adventurous you could do a flash mob with your guests or even dance up the aisle! You can choose something from our extensive range of choreography (favourites for weddings include It’s Raining Men and Marry You) or send us your song choice for us to choreograph for you. We can also arrange for a teacher to come and entertain the children whilst your guests enjoy a glass of champagne by teaching them a Popdance routine of your choice that they could later perform for you at the reception!
