This dance fitness class is a faster paced class, consisting of back to back routines to pop music from the eighties right up to the latest tracks.
With simple to follow moves it’s a great workout in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Whether you are a gym bunny, or just starting out, Popdance Fit is fun for all abilities, ages, shapes and sizes – and it’s great fun!
